HER STORY...
Ani is a Melbourne-based actress who has passionately pursued the arts from an early age.
In 2015, Ani completed a Meisner Acting Intensive course in NYC with the Ward Acting Studio.
On returning to Melbourne, she has landed numerous roles in music videos, independent short films, and national advertisements and was one of the leads in the national ad campaign for International Women's Day, '50 Shades of No', which gained a nomination for a glass Lion award at Canne Film Festival.
She also performed as the lead in the award-winning short, 'Pirouette', which was featured in the lineup for Monsterfest 2020 also screening at Panic Fest in the city of Kansas City, USA.
Most recently she performed as the lead in the horror short, 'Mary's Garden', which premiered as part of the Melbourne shorts collection at the 2023 Monsterfest.
Ani is also a writer and while in stage 4 isolation due to COVID-19 wrote, directed, and created a spoof soap opera with her housemates called, 'Isolation Island', released on Vimeo and Instagram.
She also writes short stories and poetry, of which a piece of the latter, was published in an independent art journal called, 'Tenderness', in 2015.
Ani has recently completed a Diploma in Film at SAE, where she wrote & directed, and her first thriller short, 'Are You A Winner...?'.
Currently, as of 2023, she is studying for an Advanced Diploma in Professional Screenwriting at RMIT.
